Here at the Midtown Scholar Bookstore, we’ve made it our mission for our event series to be a laboratory for coming together. Like many other indie bookstores, we’ve had to confront the surreal paradox of building community in a time of social isolation. We believe now, more than ever, is the time to come together over our shared love of literature. That idea — that we’re a laboratory for community — seems even more vital in a worldwide crisis.

With that in mind, we’re proud to unveil our Live Stream Series via Crowdcast, our chosen platform for readings, conversations, and discussions with authors we love. In each live stream, you’ll be able to watch, listen, and interact with bestselling authors from around the world as we stay isolated — together.
